PHASE 01 — CONSULTATION

PHASE 02 — SITE VISIT & ANALYSIS

Our team visits your space to take precise measurements and assess the existing conditions. Every corner, every wall, every detail matters — because great design starts with accurate data.

SITE VISIT FEE: Inside Dhaka ( ৳ 3,000), Near Dhaka ( ৳ 5,000), Outside Dhaka ৳ 10,000)

PHASE 03 — 2D LAYOUT & 3D DESIGN
See it before you build it.
After the site visit, we prepare 2 to 3 unique 2D furniture layout options for your space — each reflecting a different arrangement, flow, and feel. You choose the one that works best for you, and we bring it to life in full 3D.

PHASE 04 — QUOTATION & APPROVAL
No surprises. Just clarity.
Once your 3D design is approved, we prepare 3 detailed quotations — Low, Medium, and Luxury. Each quote is fully itemized, with exact product names, brands, and unit prices clearly mentioned. You know exactly what you are paying for, down to the last detail.

PHASE 05 — AGREEMENT & ADVANCE PAYMENT

Once you have selected your preferred quotation, we move forward with a formal written agreement. Everything is documented clearly — scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and responsibilities — so both parties are fully protected throughout the project.

Your money is always protected. Work only begins after the agreement is signed, and the final payment is due only when you are fully satisfied with the completed space.

Site visit fee — 100% adjusted into your total project cost
Design fee (৳ 80/sqft) — 50% adjusted into your total project cost
All adjustments are applied at the time of agreement signing — so you pay less from day one.
PHASE 06 — EXECUTION & INSTALLATION
Every detail built exactly as designed
Our skilled team manages the entire execution — from civil work and carpentry to painting and final installation. We coordinate all contractors, monitor quality, and keep you updated at every stage.
